My BMW app not updating, any solutions?

I’ve been having some trouble with the myBMW app lately. It just won’t update properly, and I’m really in the dark about the current status of my vehicle. Here are some things I’ve tried:

Yes, hscott! I did that and the app finally updated after I cleared the cache. It’s worth a try if others haven’t done it yet.

I had to reset my phone’s network settings. It sounds extreme, but for some reason it made the app start working again.
