That’s close to the factory specs! Have you tried launching it on a track?

Yes! I got a 5.3 seconds on the track. The launch control definitely makes a difference! I love this car’s acceleration.

I think the 0-60 times are quite competitive for a sedan. When comparing it with similar vehicles, it holds its own pretty well.

Absolutely, comparing it to the Audi A4, the 328i feels quicker off the line!

For context, my Audi A4 is around 6 seconds for 0-60. The BMW definitely feels more spirited in its acceleration.

I’ve read that the 328i is a bit underrated in terms of horsepower. It seems people overlook its performance!

It’s true! The turbocharged engine makes a big difference in acceleration.

I just got a 328i and it feels like I’m driving a sports car. The acceleration is a blast, even if I haven’t measured it.

Have you guys tried to compare performance with the 330i or the newer models? I’ve heard they’ve improved on the acceleration metrics.

Yes, the 330i is definitely faster, hitting 60 in about 5.0 seconds. But I still prefer the feel of the 328i!

I’ve always been loyal to BMWs, but I feel like the 0-60 comparisons shouldn’t overshadow the overall driving experience.

Very true! Sometimes the fun in the driving is in the handling, not just the acceleration.

So true! After all, what’s the point of speed if you can’t enjoy the ride? Plus, my 328i gives me plenty of smiles!

I’ve had my BMW 328i for about two years now. With the turbocharged inline-six, I’ve managed to hit 0-60 in around 5.5 seconds! A lot depends on tire choice and weight distribution, though.

That’s impressive! What tires are you using? I’ve read that stickier tires can really improve those times.

Weight does play a big role too. Removing unnecessary items from the trunk can shave off a few milliseconds! Every little bit counts in a car like the 328i.
