I’ve been using the TE37SL adapters on my Volk TE37s, and they fit like a glove! No adjustments needed at all.

That’s great to hear! I might consider those for my wheels, too.

I had to do a slight modification to get them on my Enkei wheels. Just a bit of sanding on the edges, and they fit fine.

Good to know! I was worried about needing to modify parts. What tools did you use?

I used a simple sandpaper block. Just a quick touch-up did the trick! It’s worth the effort for the right fit.

Absolutely! My buddy has a 2003 model, and they just wouldn’t fit. We ended up returning them.

I’ve heard that the TE37SL adapters don’t fit well with older models of certain cars. Has anyone experienced this?

I think they were designed mainly for newer models, so it makes sense! Anyone have success on a vintage car?

I tried them on a 90s Civic, and there was a bit of a gap. But with some washers, we made it work. Just keep that in mind!

Why is it always a challenge with vintage cars? Haha! But hey, if it works, it’s worth it!

I’ve just installed my TE37SL center cap adapters, and it was pretty straightforward! You’ll need a torque wrench, some thread lock, and patience. Don’t forget to double-check the fit before tightening everything!

Great tips! How do you ensure the thread lock doesn’t make it too hard to remove later? I’ve often struggled with that.

When using thread lock, apply a small amount only on the threads. It should hold well, but not make removal impossible. Also, a little goes a long way!

Sounds good! Any common mistakes I should look out for while installing? I want to avoid the rookie errors!

Definitely check if your adapters fit securely before tightening. A common mistake is over-tightening, which can damage the threads or warp the adapters. Also, ensure you have the right size tool!

Good point! I’ve heard some people say they don’t use torque specs. Is that really okay?
