I’ve had some trouble with my CX-90 already. The warranty claim process was a bit slow, and the dealership wasn’t very responsive. Anyone else faced this?

I have the basic coverage, but it doesn’t seem to cover a few electrical issues I’ve faced.

I have the extended warranty and it’s saved my bacon more than once! But, the claims process can still be a pain.

My local Mazda dealership was fantastic about my warranty claim! They fixed my alignment issues quickly and were super communicative.

I’m curious, do most dealerships offer loaner cars during repairs? It’s such an inconvenience when you can’t drive your car.

My dealership did provide a loaner, but it was just an old Mazda. I appreciate it, but it was a bit vintage! Anyone else had similar experiences?
